Sending Identity Verification Documents

You will need three pieces of identification to verify your identity: 1) your ID, 2) proof of address, and 3) a selfie of your ID and your face. Please prepare the documents listed below and upload them from the "Account" section of your My Page.

  • Number Card
  • Basic Resident Registration Card

② Proof of address

Please prepare one of the following documents with your address listed:

  • Utility bills and receipts (electricity, gas, water, etc.)
  • Telephone bills and receipts
  • Bank and credit card statements and invoices
  • Resident card
  • Driver's license (only acceptable if a document other than a driver's license is submitted as identity verification)

③ One selfie image showing your ID and your face
